Hello, my name is Melissa Rulli, I founded Eye On Your Home to be a property management company that saves owners time, money and emotionally gives peace of mind with just one phone call.
I moved to western North Carolina from New Jersey 26 years ago. Since moving here, I have become an entrepreneur in various areas. I successfully owned and operated a restaurant, The Pampered Palate, in Hendersonville. I sold the business to become an at-home mother of two and to run our family-owned roofing company.
I later decided to follow my strengths in sales and marketing and my passion for working with people, and I became a licensed NC real estate agent. To survive the downturn in the real estate market in 2008, I utilized my license as a residential property manager. I successfully managed a portfolio of 130 owners and their residences. In this position, I realized that the absentee owner needs even more support and assistance in order to have peace of mind since their vacant homes are left vulnerable.
